Cannonball Moments is looking for a well-organized Administrative Assistant to provide support for one of our coaches and assist in a rapidly growing company. This is a great opportunity to establish working relationships with high-level executives and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization. This person will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, help keep long term projects on track, and handle more urgent requirements. An ideal candidate is organized, responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, and seeking a challenging, fast-paced role.
