As a National Business Growth Consultant, your responsibility will involve securing new accounts. We are seeking an ideal candidate with a proven history of successful lead generation, outstanding negotiation skills, and a talent for sealing deals. The growth of our account base will hinge on your mindset focused on growth, your commitment to fulfilling customer needs, and your proficient problem-solving abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with the President to establish annual goals for all sales efforts across all business entities.
  • Build and foster lucrative connections with potential clients through the strategic utilization of networking, prospecting, and active engagement in professional associations, as well as other pertinent networking platforms.
  • Manage customer acquisition pipelines for Keynote Presentations, Sales and Leadership Training, and Media clients, ensuring effective follow-up and highlighting clear next steps within our organization.
  • Identify prospective client needs and employ consultative selling techniques to offer tailored solutions.
  • Generate client referrals through existing company contacts, leads and clients.
  • Enhance value and sustain working connections with client contacts to reinforce elevated annual renewal rates.

Qualifications:

· Preferred experience of 3+ years in sales or as a successful B2B account executive.

· Self-discipline to work independently and effectively in an unstructured environment, demonstrating flexibility according to business needs.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills, adept at conversing confidently on phone and video calls, as well as through email and online chat.

· High energy personality with the ability to network at industry events.

· Proficiency in CRM software along with strong technological skills

· Effective at time management

· Ability to work well under pressure, can handle short deadlines and proactively address situations.

· Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.

· Must have a designated workspace in a remote location.
